20 oz. frozen Brussels sprouts, steamed crisp and tender 2 lg. onions, sliced thin 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 c. grated cheddar cheese Cayenne pepper to taste Salt to taste 1/2 c. dry white wine (or water) 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1 sm. jar pimento, cut into strips Layer in shallow greased casserole, starting with Brussels sprouts, then onions, Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pimento strips. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven about 45 minutes or until onions are tender. Serves 8. |
