7 white potatoes, quartered lengthwise (peeled or unpeeled) 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Put potatoes in bag with mixture and shake. Place in Pyrex dish. Cut up 1 stick of butter over potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until done. You can cover with foil. |
