SQUASH PIE
 

1 c. grated squash (1 squash)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. self rising flour
2 tsp. coconut flavoring or 1/2 c. coconut
1/2 stick butter, melted
Pie shell

Combine all ingredients. Add squash last. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 55 minutes at 350 degrees.
