1 lb. navy peas beans
Salt pork
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. molasses
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. ketchup

Put beans in cold water, boil for 3 minutes. Let sit for one half hour. Brown salt pork. Add beans and other ingredients. Cover with water. Cook 40 minutes in pressure cooker. Let steam return to down position by itself.
