BAKED GARDEN VEGETABLES
 

1 pkg. lima beans, frozen
1 c. carrots, match sticks
2 c. potatoes, 1/4 inch slices
1 sm. cauliflower, 1/2 inch bits
2 lg. zucchini, 1 inch cubes
2 c. cabbage, chopped
3 tbsp. parsley, fresh
butter (optional)
1 tsp. "Spike" salt free seasoning

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Layer all vegetables in heavy oven proof casserole. Dot with butter. Top with parsley. Sprinkle generously with "Spike". Cover. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.

Servings: 8.
