CORN AND CHEESE CASSEROLE
 

15 oz. can each yellow and white hominy, drained
12 oz. can each yellow and white whole kernel corn, drained
2 oz. Ortega diced chilies
16 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 c. each grated Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese

Drain corn and hominy in strainer. Mix together in 8x11 baking dish. Cover bottom with mixture. Spread a layer of sour cream, a layer of chilies on top of that, a layer of cheeses mixed together, another layer of corn and hominy. Repeat process ending with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven 35-40 minutes.
