CORN FLAKE POTATOES
 

1 c. crushed corn flakes
4 or 5 med. potatoes
1/2 c. butter, melted
Paprika
Salt
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Melt butter in casserole dish over low heat. Peel and slice thinly the potatoes and add to butter. Add salt and paprika to taste. Sprinkle grated cheese over potatoes and corn flake crumbs over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until potatoes are tender. Makes about 6 servings. You can add a little milk during baking to make a little creamy.
