CAULIFLOWER WITH WHITE SAUCE
 

4 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 med. cauliflower
3 tbsp. flour
1/3 tsp. salt and pepper to taste

Melt the butter on low fire; add the flour and stir until blended. Add milk and stir until smooth and thickened. Remove form fire and add seasonings. Boil cauliflower (prepared) in salted water 15 or 20 minutes. Drain; break into flowerets and place in greased casserole. Pour white sauce over this. Garnish with bread crumbs with butter. Bake in moderate oven 30 minutes.
