AUGRATIN POTATOES
 

6 med. cooked potatoes, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 tbsp. all purpose flour
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Melt butter in saucepan. Mix in all purpose flour. Add 1 cup milk, stirring occasionally.

When thick add 2 tablespoons mayonnaise and stir. Add grated 1 cup Cheddar cheese and stir until cheese is melted.

Add enough cheese in bottom of casserole to cover the bottom. Place sliced, cooked potatoes in casserole until the dish is half full. Add half of the sauce to barely cover the potatoes. Add the rest of the potatoes and cover with rest of cheese sauce. Top with 2 tablespoons grated Cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (or until brown on top).
