4 to 5 average size potatoes 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 c. milk 16 oz. Cheez Whiz Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat, stir in milk return to heat. Cook until thick and smooth. Stir in Cheez Whiz until smooth. Pour mixture over cooked, cooled, chopped chunks of potatoes. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. |
