1-2 lb. bag OreIda frozen hash browns 1 minced onion 1 stick butter 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated Let hash browns set out about 1 hour. Mix everything together except butter. Cut butter up into slices and spread evenly over top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in 9 x 13 inch pan. |
