4 eggs 1 c. milk 1 cauliflower 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. fresh parsley 1/2 c. grated cheese In a bowl, separate the yolk from the white. Beat the white until it is foamy. Then put the cauliflower, salt, parsley, and cup of milk and mix together slowly. Place mixture into a buttered oven pan. Cover top of souffle with the grated cheese. Place on oven, medium, for about 20 minutes. Serves 6. |
