3 c. cooked sweet potatoes 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. almond extract 1/2 tsp. maple syrup TOPPING: 1 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. flour 1/2 c. coconut flakes 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/3 c. melted butter Mix all ingredients until well blended. Place in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. TOPPINGS: Mix ingredients well. |
