3 c. mashed, hot sweet potatoes 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 1/3 c. melted butter 2 beaten eggs 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 c. marshmallows TOPPING: 1 c. light brown sugar 1/3 c. butter 1/3 c. flour 1 c. chopped pecans Mix first 7 ingredients. Mix topping with fork and sprinkle crumbs on top of the casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. |
