CHEESY POTATO WEDGES
 

5 lg. potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. fine bread crumbs

Dip potatoes in butter and arrange in single layer in baking dish. Pour remaining butter over top. Combine sharp cheese, paprika, salt and bread crumbs and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes at 425 degrees. Serves 6.
