3 oz. pkg. lemon Jello 1 c. boiling water 3 tbsp. sugar 1 c. cold water 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1 c. grated raw carrots 1 c. shredded raw cabbage Prepare Jello in boiling water and stir in sugar. Add cold water, vinegar and salt. Chill; when slightly thickened fold in carrots and cabbage. Chill until firm. |
