CHEESE - VEGETABLES IN CROCK - POT
 

1 pkg. frozen California blend vegetables
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cook on low until tender, 5-6 hours. Stir in 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese. Stir a couple of times to mix well so cheese melts. Cook about 10 more minutes. Double or triple recipe to fill your crock pot.
