2 lbs. fresh asparagus or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen 3 tbsp. butter 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp. soy sauce Cut asparagus into 1 inch pieces. Cook asparagus in boiling water until crisp tender. Melt butter in large saucepan, add garlic and soy sauce. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Add asparagus, toss to coat. 6 to 8 servings. |
