3 whole artichokes 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 clove garlic 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/4 tsp. parsley Pepper and salt to taste 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. Teriyake sauce or Worcestershire 1 egg 2 slices bread, crumbled 1/2 c. bread crumbs Cut stem off artichokes and spread leaves. Take angel hair out of center (as much as possible). Combine remaining ingredients for filling; mix well. Stuff each leaf as with spoonful in center of each artichoke. Put into casserole with lid and 1/4 cup water. Put into microwave on High 15 minutes, turning once. This is for microwave 600 to 650 cooking watts; cook longer for less watts. |
