CHEESY SCALLOPED POTATOES
 

10 to 12 med. potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
6 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
Parmesan cheese
Flour
Salt & pepper
butter
2 c. milk

Layer in greased 9 x 13 inch pan, potatoes (thin layer), all three cheeses, sprinkle flour, salt and pepper, dot with butter. Repeat 3 times for total of 4 layers. Pour milk over entire 4 layers. Bake covered 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 45 minutes to an hour more until potatoes are tender. Serves many!
