1 box orzo 1 tbsp. oil 1 box (2 pkgs.) dry onion soup mix 1 can water chestnuts (sliced) 1 sm. can mushrooms Optional: 1/2 c. slivered almonds Cook orzo according to directions. Combine all ingredients in a greased casserole: oil, dry onion soup mix, drained water chestnuts, mushrooms and almonds. Cover. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
