CHEESY SCALLOPED POTATOES
 

1/2 c. Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Combine salad dressing, flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly over low heat until thickened. Add Cheddar cheese; stir until melted. Place peeled and thinly sliced potatoes in a 9 inch baking dish; pour sauce over potatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. All ingredients can be substituted or added to suite your own taste. Bake at 350 degrees, 55 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serves 6.
