2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk 1/4 tsp. pepper 8 c. sliced potatoes 1 c. sliced onions 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 2 tsp. butter Paprika Alternate layers of potatoes, onions, and cheese in casserole dish. Combine soup and milk and pour over potatoes. Garnish with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 45 minutes or until potatoes are cooked. |
