1 pt. half & half 2 sticks butter 3/4 lb. Velveeta 1 (4 oz.) grated sharp cheddar cheese 4 (12 oz.) frozen hashbrowns, thawed and salted Combine cheese, half & half, and butter in saucepan. Simmer until melted (will be thin). Pour over thawed potatoes in large pan. DON'T MIX! Let stand 1 hour before baking. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
