BAKED CUCUMBER
 

1 lg. cucumber

Cut cucumber lengthwise. Cut and remove pulp, but leave enough on bottom and sides to hold ingredients firmly. Cut and slice the pieces removed, add celery, onion, chopped and seasoned with salt and pepper. Put ingredients back in cucumber shells. Cover with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until crumbs are browned, about 25 minutes.
