BAKED POTATO CASSEROLE
 

2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 1/2 pts. sour cream
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 c. Velveeta cheese, grated

Mix all the above ingredients together and place in casserole and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
