CARROT CASSEROLE
 

1 c. ground raw carrots
1 c. cracker crumbs (soda)
1 1/2 c. half & half or top milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, grated
2 eggs, well beaten

Mix all ingredients; turn into 2 quart casserole (greased). Top with strips of bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
