8 lg. potatoes, cut in wedges 1/2 c. oil 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. pepper Mix oil and spices; dip potatoes in mixture. Place peeled side down in shallow pan. Brush on remaining oil and spice mix every 15 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. |
