STUFFED MUSHROOMS
 

12-14 lg. white fresh mushrooms
1 stick butter of butter
1 sm. can deviled ham
1 pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
2 slices Swiss cheese

Clean mushrooms, pull stems from caps. Chop stems fine and saute in melted butter. Add deviled ham and stir over low heat. Add enough stuffing mix to make mixture hold together. Stir in shredded cheese slices. Put stuffing mix in mushroom caps. Place in baking dish. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover during last 5 minutes of baking.
