QUICK SPINACH SAUTE
 

1 tsp. olive oil
1/8 tsp. minced fresh garlic
12 oz. spinach leaves, washed well and drained
Dash each salt and pepper

In 10 inch skillet, heat oil; add garlic and saute just until garlic begins to turn golden. Add spinach, salt, and pepper and cook, stirring frequently, until spinach is cooked, about 5 minutes.
