GERMAN STYLE POTATO DUMPLINGS
 

Grate 5 or 6 medium potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste and 4 or 5 tablespoons flour.

Boil salted water, spoon potatoes into water the size of walnuts. Boil 1 minute. Dump into strainer, run cold water over, dumpling will hold form. Put into dish. Pour meat broth over dumpling and serve.
