1 (No. 2) cream style corn 1 (12 oz.) whole kernel corn 1/2 c. grated onion 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 2 pimentos, chopped (or red bell pepper) 2/3 c. milk 1 egg, well beaten 1 c. rolled cracker crumbs 1 c. grated American cheese 1/4 c. melted butter 1 tbsp. sugar (opt.) Black & red pepper to taste Salt to taste (opt.) Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes 8 servings. |
