1 c. sour cream
1 c. salad dressing
1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix
1 head cauliflower
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
4-5 green onions, tops chopped too

Mix sour cream, salad dressing and Ranch dressing mix. Break cauliflower into flowerets. Mix all ingredients, tossing until coated with dressing. Serve immediately or chill.
