1 envelope Lipton onion soup 2 lbs. potatoes, cut into lg. chunks 1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large container add all ingredients, stir until all are coated with oil and soup. Pour into shallow baking pan. Bake 40 minutes until tender and golden brown. Garnish with parsley. Serves 8. |
