1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup 1 can tender chunk ham, chicken or turkey flaked with fork 1 c. cooked rice 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli until tender. Add remaining ingredients to soup and sour cream mixture. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 30-35 minutes. |
