CHEDDAR - SPINACH PIE
 

2 c. (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. flour
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained

Toss cheese with flour. Combine eggs, milk, and seasonings; add cheese mixture and spinach; mix well. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. 8 servings.
