BAKED BEANS WITH BACON
 

1/2 lb. bacon
3 tbsp. bacon grease
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1 lb. can kidney beans, drained
1 lb. can baby limas, drained
1 lb. can pork & beans, undrained
1 lb. can butter beans & ham, undrained

Cook cut up bacon and drain, reserving 3 tablespoons grease. Combine grease, sugar, mustard, salt, vinegar, catsup. Simmer 20 minutes. Add 1/2 bacon to sauce after cooked.

Combine beans and sauce. Crumble rest on top of beans. Bake, covered, for 50 minutes at 350 degrees then 10 minutes, uncovered.
