1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. self-rising flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 6 med. potatoes 1 stick butter Mix first 4 ingredients in a shaker bag. Wash potatoes and cut into wedges, leaving peeling on. Place several wedges at a time into bag coating the wedges well. Place potatoes in a single layer in a baking dish. Melt the butter and drizzle over potatoes. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. |
