BAKED CORN CASSEROLE
 

1 can whole kernel corn drained
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. Old Spice Bay seasoning
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten

Melt butter, blend in flour and Baltimore Old Bay spice. Cook over low heat stirring until mixture is bubbly. Remove from heat and gradually add milk. Add sugar and heat to boiling stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in egg and corn. Pour into ungreased 1 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Garnish with cooked asparagus spears, pimento strips or crumble cooked bacon.
