1 lg. can sweet potatoes, drained
3/4 stick butter
Dash of cinnamon
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Mix all the above ingredients together. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Then add: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 c. coconut 1 1/2 sticks butter slices 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Mix the above together and spread over top of the casserole. Bake another 15 to 20 minutes.
