RANCH POTATOES
 

5 to 6 med. potatoes
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (16 oz.) bottle Ranch salad dressing

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash potatoes. Slice about 1/4 inch thick. Place in 13 x 9 inch casserole. Sprinkle with seasonings. Drizzle with melted butter. Pour dressing over potatoes. Toss to coat well. Cover. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until tender.

OPTIONAL: Before baking sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese, bacon bits or chives.
