4 c. grated raw zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 lg. onion, grated

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased pan and bake. 9x13 pan, 350 degrees, 1 hour.
