6 med. zucchini 1 c. cottage cheese 1 c. Cheddar cheese 1 egg, beaten 2 tbsp. chives (dry) Salt and pepper
Boil squash for 5 minutes. Cut in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Mix the other ingredients and fill "boats". Bake in shallow pan at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
