DANIELS TASTY BREAKFAST KIELBASA

green peppers
red peppers
honey butter (very important)
onions, diced or sliced
1 pack kielbasa, sliced
1 tsp. oil (any)

Cut kielbasa into slices as you would a hot-dog or you can cut into halves. Set aside. Prepare a pan with honey butter, oil and kielbasa slices and cook on med/high until done.

Slice peppers and onions, fry in oil and honey butter. Cook until desired firmness depending on how you like them (I like them crisp, soft and burnt!). Once the two pans are cooked properly, combine them together and serve!

Its a very easy recipe and quick filling and cheap if you have a family. Easily feeds 4 people. Serve with toast or another side. Or you can mash it up and make your own combination of vegetables.

This is a good country recipe I made up on the fly one morning. Good luck! P.S. The honey butter really sets it off, so it is a very necessary ingredient.

Cooks Note: Daniel prepares his recipe with two skillets to ensure his onions, peppers and kielbasa are cooked to perfection. If you would rather use one, you may cook all the ingredients together or fry the meats and onions/peppers alternately.
