HOWARD SWAIN'S VERY HOT CHILI
 

Brown 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck in 1/3 cup oil. Add salt and pepper and onion. Add: 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 (6 oz.) can of tomato paste 1 lg. onion Pinch of garlic salt 1/2 of a lg. bell pepper, chopped 3 tbsp. chili powder or sm. can jalapeno peppers, cut sm. A pinch of curry

If it is too thick, add 1 or 2 cups of water. You have to love very hot food to enjoy this.
