CHEESE AND MEATBALL SOUP
 

MEATBALLS:

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients together and shape into medium size meatballs. Brown slightly. Place browned meatballs and soup ingredients, except Cheez Whiz, in a large saucepan.

SOUP:

2 c. water
1 c. whole kernel corn
1 c. chopped raw potato
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. carrot slices
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz

Stir gently. Bring mixture to a boil. Cover and simmer on low until vegetables are tender, about 2 hours. Before serving, add Cheez Whiz, stirring gently until well blended. Delicious. Serves 4 to 6.
