2 medium sized onions sliced 2 1/2 c. or 12 medium sized mushrooms 1 can chicken broth 13 3/4 fl. oz. 4 tbsp. 1/2 stick of butter 1 tbsp. ADOBO seasoning 2 1/2 c. water Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a 2 quart sauce pan. Saute the sliced onions then add 2 1/2 cups of water. Add 1 tablespoon of ADOBO seasoning Add the mushrooms and 1 can of chicken broth. Simmer for 10 minutes. 6 - one cup servings |
