GAZPACHO SOUP
 

1 clove garlic
1/2 sm. onion, sliced
3 ripe tomatoes, quartered
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1 sm. cucumber, sliced
1/2 c. ice water
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. vinegar

Blend for 5 seconds on puree.
