Quick and easy. 1 onion, chopped (1/2 c.) 2 tbsp. butter 1 can condensed chicken broth 1 soup can water 1 pkg. frozen baby lima beans 1 (8 oz.) can sliced carrots, drained 1 c. cut up fully cooked ham chunks
Cook celery and onion in 3 quart saucepan in butter until tender. Stir in broth, water and beans. Cook until beans are tender (simmer 5 minutes after boiling). Stir in carrots and ham just until hot.
