1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 can tomato sauce (16 oz.) 1 can stewed tomatoes 1 can new potatoes, sliced, undrained 1 can Veg-All vegetables, drained 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. water Salt or garlic salt to taste Pepper to taste Brown beef (or turkey) in a large pot. Drain grease, if needed. Add onion and stir until tender. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Simmer for 20-30 minutes. Serves 4-6. |
